AN EASY TIME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Here is a short quiz that will tell you how well you know how to take care of yourself. Answer: True or False to each of these. If you have more True than False answers, perhaps it's time to re-commit to taking better care of yourself. If you don't, who will? 1. BUFFER DAYS Aim to have your schedule determine what kind of day it will be, so you are not just responding to people, events and situations around you.
